1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using JutJut ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Platform.
For Users Under 18: We encourage you to review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using JutJut, you confirm that you have permission from your parent or guardian if required.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
2.1 Age Restrictions
• You must be at least 14 years old to use JutJut• Users under 14 are not permitted to create accounts• We reserve the right to verify your age at any time2.2 Parental Consent
• If you are under 16, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Platform• Parents/guardians may request to review or delete their child's account2.3 Account Responsibility
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use• You are responsible for all activities under your account3. Acceptable Use
3.1 You MAY:
• Browse and save opportunities appropriate for your age• Share opportunities with friends• Comment respectfully on opportunities• Provide feedback to improve the Platform3.2 You MUST NOT:
• Share false information about yourself or others• Bully, harass, or intimidate other users• Post any of the prohibited content listed in section 3.4• Attempt to access others' accounts• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose• Circumvent age restrictions• Share personal contact information publicly• Spam or send unsolicited messages• Scrape or copy content for commercial use3.3 Content Standards
All user content must be:
• Appropriate for ages 14-18• Respectful and constructive• Relevant to opportunities and career development• Free from discriminatory or offensive material3.4 Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited on JutJut for all users, without exception. We remove it
whenever we find it, and accounts that post it may be suspended or closed.
You must not post, share, link to or otherwise upload:
Content that puts people at risk of serious harm
1. Pornographic content.
2. Content that encourages, promotes or provides instructions for suicide.
3. Content that encourages, promotes or provides instructions for self-harm or deliberate
self-injury.
4. Content that encourages, promotes or provides instructions for an eating disorder, or for
behaviours associated with an eating disorder.
Content that is abusive, hateful or violent
5. Content that is abusive and that targets a person's race, religion, sex, sexual orientation,
disability or gender reassignment.
6. Content that incites hatred against people on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual
orientation, disability or gender reassignment.
7. Content that encourages, promotes or provides instructions for an act of serious violence
against a person.
8. Bullying content.
9. Content that depicts real or realistic serious violence against a person, or the serious
injury of a person in graphic detail.
10. Content that depicts real or realistic serious violence against an animal or the serious
injury of an animal in graphic detail, or that realistically depicts serious violence
against, or the serious injury of, a fictional creature.
Content that encourages dangerous behaviour
11. Content that encourages, promotes or provides instructions for a challenge or stunt that is
highly likely to result in serious injury to the person doing it or to someone else.
12. Content that encourages a person to ingest, inject, inhale or in any other way
self-administer a physically harmful substance, or any substance in a quantity that would
be physically harmful.
This list reflects the categories of content that the Online Safety Act 2023 treats as harmful
to children. It is not exhaustive — we may also remove other content that breaches these Terms.
If you see content like this, please report it using the report button. We review every
report, and reports about self-harm are treated as urgent.

4. User-Generated Content
4.1 Thoughts Feature
Visibility & Privacy:
• Your thoughts are visible to logged-in JutJut users only• Thoughts are NOT indexed by search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)• Thoughts are NOT shared with third parties• Only age-verified users (14+) can view thoughts• We implement "privacy by default" to protect young usersYour Rights:
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of all your thoughts at any time• Data portability: Export your data at any time (contact support)• Privacy by default: Your content is not publicly searchable• Delete individual thoughts: Use the delete button on any thought• Edit capability: Coming soon (currently delete + repost)Content Moderation:
• All thoughts are checked by AI moderation before posting• We may remove thoughts that violate our community guidelines• You will be notified if your thought is removed• Repeated violations may result in account suspensionAge Protection (UK Children's Code Compliance):
• You must be age-verified (14+) to post thoughts• You must be logged in to view thoughts• This protects our young community members from public exposure• Search engines cannot index thoughts from minors• Parents can request deletion of their child's dataWhat You Can Share:

5.1 Third-Party Opportunities
• Opportunities are sourced from external organizations• We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of opportunities• Application deadlines and requirements may change• Always verify details with the opportunity provider5.2 No Endorsement
• Listing an opportunity does not mean we endorse it• We are not responsible for the selection process• Success in applications is not guaranteed5.3 Your Responsibility
You should:
• Verify all opportunity details independently• Ensure you meet eligibility requirements• Meet application deadlines• Get parental permission where required6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
• The Platform design, features, and content are owned by JutJut• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission• Our trademarks and logos are protected6.2 User Content
When you post content:
• You retain ownership of your content• You grant us a license to use it on the Platform• You confirm you have the right to share it• We may remove content that violates these Terms6.3 Third-Party Content
• Opportunity content belongs to the respective organizations• Respect the intellectual property rights of others• Report any suspected infringement to us7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7.2 Data Protection

8.1 Your Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
• Violate these Terms• Provide false age information• Engage in harmful behavior• Remain inactive for extended periods8.3 Effect of Termination
• Access to the Platform will cease immediately• Your content may be deleted• You remain liable for any prior violations9. Disclaimers and Limitations
9.1 Platform Availability
• We strive for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee it• Maintenance and updates may cause temporary disruption• We are not liable for any unavailability9.2 Opportunity Accuracy
• We do not guarantee opportunity information accuracy• Organizations may change or cancel opportunities• Application success is not guaranteed9.3 No Professional Advice
• The Platform provides information only• It is not career counseling or professional advice• Consult appropriate professionals for specific guidance10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, JutJut shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses• Loss of profits or opportunities• Missed application deadlines• Inaccurate opportunity information• Actions of third-party organizations10.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed £100 or the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
10.3 Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless JutJut from any claims arising from:
• Your use of the Platform• Your violation of these Terms• Your violation of any third-party rights• Content you post on the Platform12. Governing Law and Disputes
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
• Try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us first• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales• You may have additional rights under UK consumer law12.3 Complaints

We may assign our rights; you may not assign yours without our consent.
