Join JPMorgan Chase as a Customer Service Apprentice and gain hands-on experience supporting clients and internal partners within Merchant Services. The programme combines workplace experience, a dedicated mentor, one day per week of study time and successive skills training leading to a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Qualification.
Day-to-day responsibilities include answering client calls and providing first call resolution, troubleshooting technical problems, analysing information to resolve issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services. The role emphasises professional teamwork, communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy banking environment.
Applications are reviewed for eligibility and shortlisted candidates will be invited to an in-person Superday. The programme is recruited on a rolling basis and the cohort commences in autumn 2026. Applicants should ensure GCSE results (achieved or predicted) are clearly stated at the top of their CV when applying.
