This is an 18-month End User Support Apprenticeship with Thales UK Limited based at Lakeside Business Park, Doncaster. Apprentices will spend most of their time working on the job in the End User Support Team, handling incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, performing fault-finding and rectification, managing stock, building and deploying laptops/desktops and providing remote and face-to-face technical support.

The apprenticeship includes one day per week for academic study delivered virtually by JUST IT TRAINING LIMITED alongside workplace training. The training leads to an Information Communications Technician Level 3 qualification and covers topics such as diagnostics, network and system maintenance, security practices, scripting (e.

g. , PowerShell, Linux), application deployment and customer communication.

The role starts on Monday 7 September 2026, pays £24,000 per year, operates Monday-Friday across three shift patterns between 07:30 and 18:00 (37 hours/week) and requires candidates to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) prior to commencing. Applicants must have five GCSEs including Maths and English at the specified grades and the permanent right to work in the UK.
