Kickstart a tech career with J.P. Morgan's 4-year degree apprenticeship in London - earn a full degree while working on real-world software, cybersecurity and data projects in a hybrid role.

Join the 2026 London Technology Apprenticeship - Emerging Talent Program at J. P. Morgan to earn a full honours degree in Digital and Technology Solutions from the University of Exeter while working in technology roles across the firm.

This four-year degree apprenticeship combines classroom learning (first year general studies, then a chosen specialism) with on-the-job experience in areas such as software engineering, network engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, business analysis, or IT consultancy.

As a Technology Apprentice you will work within agile teams developing and testing applications, reviewing code, and contributing to real projects that support the bank's technology needs. The programme provides structured learning, mentorship from industry experts, and opportunities to develop technical and professional skills in a technology-driven financial services environment.

The role is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.

Applicants must meet apprenticeship funding eligibility and the academic entry requirements (A-Level BBB or equivalent, specific GCSE grade requirements). The application process is rolling; successful applicants progress to an online Super Day (scheduled within the last two weeks of October or start of November) and, if advanced, an in-person Assessment Evening (last two weeks of November or start of December).
