Want to launch your own startup idea? Join InvestIN's Young Entrepreneur Summer Experience to pitch concepts, design strategies, build marketing campaigns and prototype products — including FinTech — while learning from industry pros and boosting your skills for uni or career.
The Young Entrepreneur Summer Experience is an immersive entrepreneurship programme for students aged 15 to 18 who want to explore business, startups, and innovation. Delivered by InvestIN, it gives participants the chance to step into the world of entrepreneurship through practical challenges and guidance from experienced professionals.
Across the programme, students pitch business ideas, design strategies, create marketing campaigns, and work on product development, including a FinTech-focused project. The experience also includes networking with entrepreneurs, career coaching, and opportunities to present work to real professionals for feedback.
Participants can choose between a one-week taster, a full two-week experience, or an enhanced two-week option with additional contact time and extra career-development activities. The programme is based at UCL and the surrounding University of London campus, with visits to other London business locations.
Students can attend as residential or non-residential participants, and those staying in halls receive meals, pastoral support, and social activities. On the longer options, students can also work towards a Level 3 award and receive UCAS points, a certificate, and an industry reference letter.
