Rothschild & Co's Pioneer Work Experience Programme is a three-day, in-person insight programme in London aimed at Year 13 students considering a career in financial advisory. The programme is centred on the Global Advisory division and introduces participants to M&A, Debt and Restructuring, and Global Markets Solutions, providing a broad view of life as a banker at Rothschild & Co.

Participants will attend presentations from analysts across the business, take part in skills sessions, and network with junior bankers from Global Advisory, Wealth Management and Five Arrows. Students will work in teams on a project and present their findings at the end of the programme.

The programme also includes tours of the firm's historical archives and offers a "stay in touch" programme for those interested in future opportunities with the firm.
