Want hands-on work experience after school? Join EY Foundation’s Your Future: a six-month, paid programme with employability skills training, interactive workshops, a recruitment bootcamp and paid work placements across the UK. Build your CV, network with employers and jumpstart your career.

Your Future is a six-month programme run by the EY Foundation for students who want to move straight into work after school rather than continue in further education. The programme includes paid employability skills training, interactive workshops, a recruitment bootcamp and paid work experience, and is delivered across multiple sites in the UK.

Participants receive focused employability activities including five days of employability skills training and workshops (team-building, CV support and employer speakers), a two-day recruitment bootcamp presenting live job opportunities, three days of paid work experience aligned to employment ambitions where possible, and ongoing support from a job coach for the full six months.

The programme runs at EY Foundation locations in the UK (including London, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow, and regional sites such as Coventry and Solihull). Eligible applicants must be in Year 13 (England) or Fifth Year (Scotland), attend a state school, and have been eligible for free school meals or a college bursary in the last two years.

To apply, use the online application form linked on the EY Foundation site.
