This IT Support Technician apprenticeship with Mirus IT Solutions Limited offers hands-on experience across Service Desk, Service Operations and Workshop Services. You will learn to provide server, network and desktop technical support, manage tickets, perform hardware configurations and software installations, and take end-to-end ownership of problem resolution.
The role is full-time (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30, 38 hours per week) and starts on 24 February 2026. The apprenticeship includes off-the-job training delivered by Baltic Training Services Limited leading to the Information Communications Technician Level 3 qualification.
Training covers fault finding and rectification, network and systems maintenance, basic scripting (PowerShell, Linux), security and data protection, communications and customer service, and other practical IT support skills. Two positions are available and the programme is intended to develop both technical and professional skills for entry into IT support roles.
