Want to make a real difference after school? Join Beaufort Grange as a volunteer—spend an hour or two regularly chatting, playing games, gardening or music. Build communication skills, gain caring experience and a strong reference for uni or work.
Beaufort Grange Care Home is recruiting volunteers to spend time with residents and support everyday activities. Volunteers who enjoy sitting and chatting, playing games such as chess or cards, playing a musical instrument, flower arranging, reading aloud, sewing/knitting or gardening are encouraged to apply.
The role is aimed at people who can give an hour or two on a fairly regular basis. The activity runs on a recurring two-week basis with listed shift times: Monday to Friday 10:00-16:45 and Saturday/Sunday 10:00-16:00.
Volunteers will support social and recreational activities, provide companionship, and help create a friendly atmosphere for residents. Location: Beaufort Grange Care Home (BS16 1AH), Bristol. To volunteer you must sign in or register on the Can Do Bristol platform.

- Able to commit an hour or two on a fairly regular basis (the activity runs every two weeks).
- Able to volunteer during the listed shift times (Mon-Fri 10:00-16:45; Sat-Sun 10:00-16:00).
