Unloc Changemaker Grants

Unloc's Changemaker Grants provide small seed funding to help young people test, trial and launch community projects, social enterprises or business ideas. The programme supports applicants across the UK with awards of £250, £500, £750 or £1000, and successful recipients receive funds via a pre-paid Revolut Visa Debit card.

Recipients will be asked to track spending using Revolut or PLEO and to participate in follow-up activity. To be eligible you must be aged 14-25 when you apply, have permanent residency in the United Kingdom and have a project or business idea that addresses a social need or benefits your community.

Applications are reviewed against credibility of the plan, likely impact, and the realism of the proposed budget. The application process involves selecting a funding amount via a drop-down and completing an online application form describing your idea and budget.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis between 1 October 2025 and 20 June 2026, with panels reviewing submissions every 6-8 weeks. If successful, applicants will have their eligibility verified before funds are issued and will be required to attend a minimum of three check-in calls with Unloc staff for progress updates and additional support.
