Blue Stamp Travel - Lille: Work and Study

Blue Stamp Travel's Lille Work and Study package combines intensive French tuition with a short-term local work placement, plus accommodation, transfers and optional insurance. The programme is tailored to each student: Placement Coordinators match student preferences to partner placements across a range of local business categories so you gain practical language experience alongside classroom learning.

The core language course comprises 15 lessons per week (three 1-hour morning lessons), with an assessment on the first morning to place students by ability. Work placements take place in the afternoons and early evenings and include roles in shops, restaurants, hotels, nurseries, radio stations, sports facilities and other local businesses to maximise practical language use.

The programme runs Monday to Friday throughout the year (closed over Christmas & New Year); accommodation is offered Sunday to Saturday, typically with host families providing half board within 50 minutes' journey time of the school. Return transfers from the local train station, course materials, a guided walking tour of Lille, 24/7 UK emergency support and a course certificate are included.
