Early Years Educator Apprentice at Woodlanders (Lifetime Training)

This is a paid Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship based at Woodlanders, managed through Lifetime Training. You will work towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification while supporting the Head of Woodlanders and Room Leaders to create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes children's confidence and social skills.

The role involves providing engaging and creative learning experiences and supporting day-to-day tasks under the supervision of senior staff. Key duties include promoting safeguarding and the welfare of children, maintaining confidentiality, observing and assessing childrens development, contributing to the educational programme, and supporting inclusion.

The post-holder will participate in appraisals, training and development activities, and may be expected to attend training sessions outside of normal working hours when required. Study time will be allocated during paid hours, although some personal study time is expected to complete the apprenticeship within the stated 15-18 month period.

The role is on-site and involves working in partnership with the Head of Woodlanders, committee members, parents/carers and other professionals to maintain a stimulating and safe early years environment.
