Siemens Energy Supply Chain Apprentice

This is a full-time, 3-year Supply Chain Management apprenticeship with Siemens Energy in Manchester. You will earn a salary while undertaking a guided learning programme and working on real projects within Grid Technology Solutions Procurement.

The role is Office/Site based and is presented as an alternative to college or university. As an apprentice you will gain hands-on procurement experience including supplier development and qualification, quotation and tender response evaluation, contract negotiations and order placement, management of live orders and supplier performance reviews.

You will be expected to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and develop professional and analytical skills relevant to supply chain management. Applicants should be on track for A Level grades A-C or above in Mathematics and English; an A-Level or similar in an engineering or business-related subject is desirable.

The role includes an annual salary of £19,000, a pension scheme with employer contribution, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and access to salary sacrifice schemes and other employee benefits.
