Curious what degree-level study feels like? Join University of Wolverhampton Discovery Days to explore subjects from engineering to media, build skills, meet academics and industry contacts, and boost your uni and career choices. Book in person or online.

The University of Wolverhampton runs a programme of subject-specific Discovery Days across its campuses and online during the academic year. These are short, subject-focused taster events designed to introduce school students to degree-level study and career pathways in areas such as business, engineering, computing, law, media, sport, education and more.

Many events meet Gatsby Benchmarks 4 and 7 and are available for group bookings via a teacher booking form or for individuals via event booking links. Activities vary by subject and include hands-on workshops, practical and classroom sessions, tours of specialist facilities and talks from academic staff and current students.

Events are primarily on-campus (City Campus, Springfield Campus, Telford Campus and Walsall Campus) with some online webinars. The programme is aimed mainly at Years 12-13 (and some events accept Year 11 pupils) and is intended to give students practical insight into studying and careers linked to each subject area.

Group booking and individual booking links are provided on the event pages.
