Fancy a paid four-day insight into top-tier business? Join PwC’s New World New Skills work experience to explore real projects, build employability skills, and connect with staff from Associates to Partners—boost your CV and career or university applications.

PwC's New World New Skills is a paid four-day work experience programme giving school students from lower socio-economic backgrounds a snapshot of life at PwC and an introduction to their early careers opportunities. The programme includes interactive sessions delivered by PwC people across the firm, networking with staff from Associates to Partners, and skills sessions focused on employability and career development.

Participants will learn about the business, the types of work PwC does, and the firm's entry-level and Flying Start degree programmes. The 2026 programme runs Monday 3 to Thursday 6 August 2026 across PwC offices in Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, London and Manchester.

Participants receive hourly pay in line with the National Living Wage, are provided with a PwC laptop for the duration, receive free lunches and have reasonable travel expenses covered. Applicants must live within two hours of a participating office and meet the academic and access-aimed eligibility criteria (state school/college attendance and low socio-economic indicators).

Applications involve an online application followed by online assessments.
