Curious about building the next AI app or designing smart interfaces? Join Springpod’s Industry Insight: Digital & AI—on-demand work experience where you explore roles, complete projects, earn skills and boost your uni/career applications.

Industry Insight: Digital & AI is a virtual, on-demand work experience programme from Springpod that introduces students to the digital and AI sector. The programme covers a broad range of roles from back-end coding and software development to front-end design and user experience, and explores industry concepts, current trends, accessibility, and career pathways (from T-Levels to degrees).

Participants complete quizzes, interactive activities and a cumulative project to consolidate learning. The experience is structured as a five-day placement delivered flexibly (approximately 10 hours of material across two weeks).

It includes an induction, role-based activities, live webinars (held during weekday working hours) and recorded sessions so students can catch up if they miss a live event. Assignments are reviewed and, once marked complete, learners receive a downloadable certificate of completion.

The programme is suitable for school and college students (open to anyone aged 13+). It is delivered fully online via Springpod's platform and is intended to help students explore careers in digital & AI and understand entry routes into the sector.
