Global Youth Festival 2026 (GYF 2026) is the Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance's flagship international youth leadership summit, taking place in Paris, France from October 15 to 18, 2026. Over four days delegates take part in policy dialogue, thematic workshops, mentorship roundtables, leadership simulations, cultural exchange and plenary sessions.
The festival brings together young leaders, changemakers and visionaries from 120+ countries and offers an Official HISA Certification on completion. GYF 2026 is organised around eight thematic streams including climate action, peace and diplomacy, education and the future of work, governance and civic participation, human rights and social justice, technology and social innovation, global citizenship, and youth mental health and resilience.
The programme includes keynote addresses, policy labs, negotiation simulations and opportunities for delegates to present youth statements to the main assembly. HISA offers 350 scholarship awards across three tiers (fully funded, partially funded, and festival pass) covering combinations of airfare support, visa fee reimbursement, accommodation, meals and full festival access.
Paid participation packages are available for delegates who do not receive scholarships; visa support and invitation letters are provided for registered attendees. Venue details will be confirmed and shared with registered delegates ahead of the event.

Location
- Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years of age at the time of the event (those outside this range may register under paid categories).
- Working proficiency in spoken and written English is required (all programme activities are conducted in English).
- No specific academic or professional background required; students, graduates, NGO workers, entrepreneurs, artists, activists, researchers, and young professionals are welcome.
- Selected delegates are expected to attend the full four-day programme (October 15–18, 2026) and actively participate in all sessions, workshops, and activities.
- Applications require a motivation statement and a brief description of a project or initiative the applicant has contributed to.

Paid participation packages start from $99 (Invitation Letter). Other packages include Forum Access Pass ($299) and Self-Funded Package ($499). Scholarships are available (350 awards across three tiers). A non-refundable application fee applies to scholarship categories; paid participation fees are refundable only in line with HISA's refund policy. Visa support and some accommodation options are provided depending on package or scholarship tier.
