Explera DMC Thailand offers six travel-industry internship tracks inside a working Thailand destination management company. The roles cover operations and reservations, B2B sales and partnerships, digital marketing and content, multilingual market support, MICE and events, and finance and admin.
Internships are available year-round and can be done either remotely from anywhere in the world or in-house at the Bangkok head office. The programme is designed to give interns real responsibility on live files, with a named mentor, structured onboarding and practical exposure to how a Thailand DMC operates.
Interns may work on agent enquiries, quotes, campaign content, market research, event logistics, supplier coordination, invoicing, and month-end reporting depending on the track. Standard availability is 3-6 months at 20-40 hours per week.
Applicants must be 18 or older, have working English, and apply by email only. Remote interns need a laptop, reliable internet and daily overlap with Bangkok time. In-house interns work from the Bangrak office in Bangkok.
Successful interns receive a completion certificate and reference letter, and strong performers may be considered for future full-time roles.

Location
- Must be 18 or older.
- Current students, recent graduates and career-switchers are eligible.
- Working English is required (approximately B2 or better).
- A continuous availability window of at least 3 months at 20-40 hours per week is required.
- Remote applicants must have an own laptop, stable internet of at least 10 Mbps, a webcam and a headset.
- Remote applicants must be able to overlap with Bangkok time for at least 4 hours daily.
- The Digital Marketing & Content track requires writing samples or a portfolio link.
- The Multilingual Market-Support track requires native or near-native Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, Russian, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish or Hindi.
- Non-Thai candidates for the in-house internship must arrange their own visa or study-permission for Thailand.
Stipend and terms are discussed individually per role, mode and duration, and are confirmed in writing before you start. Explera says it never charges any application or placement fee.
