Want to shape theatre from behind the scenes? Join Park Theatre's producing internship in London to gain hands‑on producing, programming and arts‑admin experience. Build practical skills, support development work and connect with industry pros to boost your arts career or uni application.

Deadline in 8 days

This full-time producing internship at Park Theatre in London offers hands-on experience across producing, programming and arts administration within a busy working theatre. It is designed to give an emerging arts worker practical insight into how productions are developed, programmed and supported in-house, while contributing to the theatre’s wider artistic and audience offer.

The role involves a mix of administrative and creative support. Tasks include helping prepare and run development workshops, in-house productions and co-productions; drafting production paperwork; maintaining contract logs, contact sheets and finance records; attending meetings, rehearsals, previews and debriefs; and supporting press night parties and wrap-around events.

The intern will also monitor submissions, read scripts, write script reports, attend readings and shows off-site, and assist with general programming administration. Alongside day-to-day delivery, the placement provides exposure to the decision-making processes behind a producing theatre and the chance to build confidence, industry awareness and professional networks.

Applicants should be enthusiastic about theatre, especially new plays, committed to inclusion and access, organised, proactive, and ready to contribute to a busy creative environment.
