Sussex Wildlife Trust Coastal Day: Summer Taster, Rottingdean Beach

Join Sussex Wildlife Trust for a coastal taster day at Rottingdean Beach, where young people can spend time outdoors rock pooling, exploring coastal ecology and getting creative in a relaxed beach setting. The session is designed as a fun, practical introduction to nature-based activities and to the kinds of experiences Sussex Wildlife Trust offers for young people.

Participants will take part in hands-on activities, learn more about supporting the coast and wildlife, and enjoy a picnic lunch on the beach. The day is intended to help young people discover local nature, build confidence outdoors and explore pathways linked to green careers.

The event is part of a wider series of opportunities for young people aged 16-19 and is meant to give participants a chance to help shape an upcoming course through their feedback and experiences.
