Deadline in 52 days

This online taster morning from the University of Oxford Department of Physics introduces students to studying physics and related subjects at university. It is aimed at Year 10 and 11 students who are thinking about physics or astrophysics at A-level and may also be considering the subject at university.

The event includes interactive workshops that showcase some of the subject’s favourite ideas and activities, alongside discussion about what it is like to study physics at university. Students will also have the opportunity to put questions to a panel of current undergraduates, making it a good chance to explore course choices, university life, and possible next steps.

The event is delivered live online, with on-demand videos also available for later catch-up. Participants must register in advance, and the session is designed for students with some knowledge of physics who are studying Maths and Physics and want to find out more about their options.
