Evolve is The AA’s emerging talent apprenticeship programme offering a range of work-based apprenticeship pathways across multiple levels. Apprenticeships provide on-the-job training combined with study, leading to nationally recognised vocational qualifications.
Programmes typically last from 12 months to four years depending on the level chosen.
Apprentices receive tailored support including an Individual Learning Plan and a dedicated Apprenticeship Skills Coach. Some apprenticeships include end-point assessments and may require English and maths assessments during the programme.
The AA highlights progression routes where successful apprentices may move on to higher-level programmes, including degree-level options.

Nationally recognised vocational qualification (Levels 2 to 7, from Intermediate Level 2 up to Degree level)

- Applicants must be aged 16 or over
- Some programmes may require passing English and/or maths assessments where specified
Apprentices earn a wage while training ('earn while you learn'). Apprenticeship training is funded by the employer.
