ACCA ACA Accountant Apprentice - SMH Howard Matthews Ltd

Join SMH Howard Matthews Ltd on a Level 7 ACCA/ACA Accountant Apprenticeship based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. This is a full-time (37 hours/week) apprenticeship advertised via North Yorkshire County Council and delivered with provider Kaplan Financial.

Salary is advertised at £17,000 to £20,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.

You will work on a portfolio of clients assisting managers with preparation of annual accounts, VAT returns, tax returns (corporation, personal, partnership), client bookkeeping and preparation of P11Ds. The role combines hands-on accounting duties with structured training towards ACCA/ACA professional exams.

The programme covers Applied Knowledge, Applied Skills and Strategic Professional modules and requires completion of an End Point Assessment (case study exam and project report).
