Want a head start in accountancy and advisory? Join BDO's virtual work experience to explore audit, tax and risk, tackle real-case tasks, hear expert talks and build practical skills that boost your uni and career prospects.

This is a virtual work experience programme run in partnership between Springpod and BDO that introduces participants to accountancy and advisory services. The programme includes sector overviews, career-path information, expert talks and recorded webinars, interactive exercises, quizzes and real-life scenario work to build understanding of audit, advisory and tax functions.

Participants will explore compliance, risk, tax research and advisory problem-solving through practical tasks and case-style activities. The programme highlights different entry routes into BDO including apprenticeships and internships and aims to develop employability skills such as teamwork, communication and problem-solving.

Live webinars are scheduled during weekday hours and recorded for later access. On completion participants receive a downloadable certificate. The course is described as self-paced "on demand" content, with additional live elements; Springpod provides confirmation and feedback emails and reviews assignments as part of the completion process.
