This is a paid Accounting Administrator Apprenticeship based in Bristol, offering on-the-job experience combined with formal training to achieve AAT Level 3. You will work mainly in the office supporting financial administration tasks such as preparing billing requests, logging creditor claims, completing AML checks, assisting with case reviews and producing basic reports, under supervision.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company.

The apprenticeship is a Level 3 Assistant Accountant standard (1 year 6 months). Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 (36 hours 15 minutes per week). The role is based at 40 Queen Square, Bristol (BS1 4QP) and includes both workplace duties and time away from work for specialist training.

Successful candidates can progress within the company or onto the next level apprenticeship.

Essential entry requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths at grade A*-C / 9-4. The employer is Leonard Curtis and the training provider is THE GROWTH COMPANY LIMITED. Wage is £17,000 per year. Start date: Monday 8 December 2025.
