This Level 3 HR Administration apprenticeship at Broderick Group Limited is a hands-on role combining on-the-job work with off-the-job training delivered by The Growth Company Limited. You will support HR functions including maintaining employee records, assisting payroll administration, supporting recruitment and onboarding, preparing HR documents, and helping with compliance and reporting.
The role is full-time (40 hours a week), Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.
Apprentices will study the HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard and receive full training and support from the training provider to achieve the apprenticeship qualification. Key learning areas include service delivery, problem solving, communication, teamwork, process improvement, managing HR information, and personal development.
The apprenticeship is expected to start on 12 January 2026 and runs for 1 year 6 months.
The position is based at 1 Alpha Point, Bradnor Road, Sharston Industrial Area, Manchester, M22 4TE. Applicants must meet the essential entry requirements (GCSEs in English and Maths at A*-C / 9-4).
