Join AUTOZONE LTD as a full-time Administrator Apprentice based in Birmingham, starting January 2026. This Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship combines on-the-job experience with off-the-job training delivered by South & City College Birmingham.
Typical duties include answering phones, processing orders, booking deliveries, customer service, account maintenance, sales calls and general administrative tasks using MS Office and business systems.
You will be employed Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm), 37 hours 30 minutes per week, with one day a week released for training at the college Digbeth campus. The apprenticeship runs for 1 year 9 months, with a potential to move into a permanent role at the end of the programme.
Training covers multiple IT packages, producing accurate records and communications, project support, and broader administrative and organisational skills.
The role pays £14,722. 50 for the first year (apprentice/National Minimum Wage rates apply) and may increase depending on age. The vacancy location is 98 Steward Street, Birmingham, B18 7AF.
