Fancy earning while you learn in rail engineering? Join Siemens Mobility's Level 3 Advanced Apprentice Technician at Three Bridges - work on the Class 700 fleet, gain hands-on technical skills, day-release college study, and boost your career in a real industry role.

Kickstart a career at Siemens Mobility with a Level 3 Advanced Apprentice Technician role based at Three Bridges Depot in London. This earn-while-you-learn programme places you at the heart of rail engineering, working on the Class 700 Desiro City (CL700) fleet and contributing directly to safe, reliable, and more sustainable passenger journeys.

The programme follows the ST0318 Rail Engineering Technician standard and combines day-release college study with hands-on depot work. You will perform routine maintenance and inspections, diagnose and rectify complex faults, and learn safe, efficient working practices under the mentorship of experienced engineers and technicians.

This apprenticeship is aimed at new talent who have (or are on track to achieve) at least five GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above including Maths and English. It is designed for candidates who have not already completed the specified Level 2/3 engineering qualifications.

Many apprentices progress to long-term roles within Siemens following successful completion; proof of qualifications will be required as part of the recruitment process.
