Join Advanced Materials Ltd as an Apprentice Quality Technician to start a hands-on career in manufacturing quality. You will inspect silicone products, perform patrol and final checks, manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), and support ISO 9001/14001 compliance.
The role involves working on the production floor alongside experienced team members to gain practical inspection and quality-assurance experience.
The apprenticeship includes off-the-job training delivered by MBKB LTD toward the Quality Practitioner (Level 4) qualification. Training covers quality management systems, audits, data analysis (Pareto, statistical methods), structured problem solving, and improvement tools.
You may need to complete Level 2 Maths and English Functional Skills if you cannot evidence prior grades.
This is a full-time role (37 hours 30 minutes per week), Monday to Friday (shifts typically between 9:00 and 17:00). The apprenticeship is scheduled to start on 30 November 2025 and runs for approximately 1 year 4 months (training content indicates a tailored 14-18 month programme including endpoint assessment).
