Want a fast-track into financial planning? Join St. James's Place's 12-month Advice Apprenticeship in Cirencester to gain real client-facing experience, adviser support skills and a fully funded Level 4 qualification - build your career, connect with industry and earn while you learn.

St. James's Place's Advice Apprenticeship Programme offers a 12-month, full-time apprenticeship based in the Cirencester office. The programme combines practical on-the-job experience within the Advice, Products & Operations function with structured learning and development, giving apprentices exposure to client services, adviser support and operational tasks across Advice and Client Liaison teams.

Apprentices will work towards a fully funded Level 4 Regulated Financial Planning Apprenticeship with CII accreditation while undertaking administrative tasks, data gathering and analysis, system and content administration, complaint handling and project coordination. The role emphasises both technical knowledge and professional skills development, with shadowing and hands-on responsibilities designed to build a foundation for a long-term career in financial services.

All apprenticeships are offered as permanent contracts with progression into substantive roles on successful completion. Candidates must meet the academic requirements (A-levels or equivalent and GCSE grade 5 in Maths and English) and be able to work on-site in Cirencester (minimum three days per week).
