GE Aerospace’s Explore Engineering job simulation is a self-paced online experience that gives participants a realistic introduction to engineering work in the aerospace sector. It is designed to help you step into the shoes of a GE Aerospace team member and complete tasks that mirror the day-to-day responsibilities of the engineering teams.

Across the simulation, you practise decision-making, technical communication, and trade-off analysis while working through guided tasks and example answers. The activities focus on engineering judgement and problem-solving, including comparing alternative energy sources for a next-generation propulsion concept and producing a short recommendation memo.
