Fancy driving for a global brand? Join Amazon's TAP to train as a Class 1 HGV driver, earn your C+E licence and Driver CPC while gaining hands-on experience across delivery hubs-paid, fully funded training that boosts your career straight away.

Join Amazon's Transportation Associate Programme (TAP) to train as a professional Class 1 HGV (Category C+E) driver. The programme combines on-the-job driving experience across Amazon delivery stations, sortation hubs and fulfilment centres with classroom and practical training delivered by specialist providers, fully funded by Amazon.

You'll gain a Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence and a Driver CPC on completion.

The role is operational and shift-based (40 hours per week plus possible overtime), including weekends and bank holidays, but you will be home at the end of every shift-there are no long-haul routes. Training covers safe vehicle operation, trailer moves, vehicle maintenance and compliance, route planning using logistics technology, and customer-focused delivery practices.

The programme lists a start date of May 2026.

The apprenticeship leads to career progression within Amazon's transport network, including roles such as Lead Driver, Driver Trainer or Transport Team Leader. The programme is aimed at candidates who are safety-minded, reliable, and motivated to build a long-term career in logistics; no prior HGV licence or experience is required.
