Apprentice Accounts Assistant - Reflex Systems

This is a hands-on, hybrid Level 3 accounts apprenticeship based at Reflex Systems in Rotherham. The apprentice will support the finance team with maintaining accurate financial records, processing supplier invoices, reconciling bank and credit card transactions, managing petty cash, and producing regular departmental reports.

The role also involves liaising with other departments, handling supplier queries and assisting with goods receipt and stock takes.

The apprenticeship includes a structured training programme delivered by First Intuition Leeds Limited leading to an AAT Level 3 qualification (Assistant Accountant). Training combines classroom and online learning alongside on-the-job experience.

Working hours are 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday (37 hours 30 minutes per week). The advertised start date is Monday 17 November 2025 and the programme duration is 1 year 3 months.

Successful completion may lead to permanent employment depending on performance and business needs, and opportunities to progress to further accounting qualifications or role development within the business.
