Join The Brooksbank School as an Apprentice Admin / Support Officer and learn all aspects of school and business administration while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification. The role is varied and involves providing administrative support across different departments including Pastoral, SEND, Sixth Form and curriculum teams, maintaining student records on the MI system, supporting transition activities, and assisting with events such as UCAS conventions and taster days.

This is a full-time, term-time role (37 hours per week, 38 weeks a year) with working hours Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00 and Friday 08:00-15:00. The apprenticeship includes workplace delivery and specialist training (20% off-the-job learning) provided by C.

M. S. VOCATIONAL TRAINING LIMITED.

You will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard and, if needed, Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English. Assessment will include workplace observations, professional discussions and an electronic portfolio.

Candidates must hold GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4+). The employer is committed to safeguarding; applicants must be eligible to work with children and will undergo an enhanced DBS check. Start date: Monday 1 December 2025. Location: Victoria Road, Elland, West Yorkshire (HX5 0QG).
