This is a two-year HR apprenticeship with AQA Education based in Manchester. You will rotate across three core HR areas-People Services, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition-gaining on-the-job experience in case handling, recruitment administration, HR record keeping and supporting employee lifecycle processes.

The apprenticeship includes study time to complete a Level 3 HR Support qualification through the apprenticeship levy.

The role is office-based at Devas Street, Manchester (M15 6EX) and is contracted at 37 hours 30 minutes per week, Monday to Friday (times to be confirmed). The training provider for the apprenticeship is Realise Learning and Employment Limited.

Typical duties include managing HR records, supporting employee relations cases, assisting with recruitment activities and contributing to process improvement and reporting.

Essential entry requirements are GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4+ (A-C). There is one position available. Applications are made via GOV.
