Apprentice Autocare Technician Level 2 - Robert Bosch Ltd - Newton Abbot

Robert Bosch Ltd is offering a Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship based in Newton Abbot. As an apprentice you will learn all aspects of the Autocare Technician role while working in a Bosch workshop, supported by dedicated trainers and a workplace mentor.

Training is delivered both on the job and at the Bosch Training Centre in Denham.

The apprenticeship includes block-release college training delivered away from home; apprentices will be required to stay in a hotel for 15 separate weeks (Monday-Friday) over the 24-30 month programme. All associated training and accommodation costs for these weeks are met by the employer.

Assessments are carried out in the workplace by a training assessor.

Duties include learning vehicle systems such as steering & suspension, braking systems, battery & charging systems, exhaust systems, air-conditioning systems, ADAS and basic electric vehicle awareness, plus interpersonal skills, customer service and parts/stock management. On successful completion you will be awarded the Level 2 Autocare Technician qualification.
