This is a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship with a marketing focus, offered by HAD & CO PROPERTIES LTD and delivered alongside Salford City College. The apprentice will support business growth by developing online presence, running creative social media and marketing campaigns, providing office and customer support, maintaining records and databases, and producing reports and correspondence.
The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with set working times: Monday 9:00-17:00, Tuesday 9:00-17:00 and Thursday 9:00-16:00 (1 hour unpaid lunch). Training includes the Level 3 Business Administration standard, with Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English if required.
Apprentices receive 6 hours per week 'off-the-job' training time, paid as part of working hours.
Wage for the first year is £7,852 (may increase depending on age). The apprenticeship starts on 24 November 2025, runs for 2 years 6 months, and is based at 3 Salisbury House, St. Stephen Street, Salford, M3 6AX. Potential progression to a permanent role may be available on successful completion.
