House Estate Agents Ltd is recruiting an Apprentice Business Administrator based in Sheerness. This 18-month Level 3 apprenticeship combines on-the-job experience with formal training delivered by EKC Group.

You will be paid £13,741 in your first year (apprentice minimum pay applies) and will work mainly from the office at 5 Minster Road, Minster on Sea, Sheerness (ME12 3JD).

Day-to-day duties include answering telephone calls and client enquiries, booking appointments, drafting and sending sales correspondence, organising office documentation, producing sales documents and property brochures, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, data entry and record-keeping, and general office duties. Training includes monthly online workshops, workplace visits from the trainer every 6-8 weeks, and coursework to achieve the Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.

The role is suited to school leavers or applicants with equivalent qualifications who have GCSEs in Maths and English (grade 4/C or Level 2 functional skills desirable) and who can demonstrate good communication, IT, organisation and customer-care skills. There is one position available, with a likely start date of 4 December 2025, and potential for a permanent role and progression after completion.

Pay & Benefits
