Apprentice Chef De Partie - London

Compass Group (Restaurant Associates) is recruiting an Apprentice Chef de Partie for its London site (55 Baker Street, W1U 7EU). This full-time role is contracted at 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and pays £14.

32 per hour. The apprenticeship provides on-the-job training within a culinary team and on completion you will achieve the Chef de Partie L3 Apprenticeship and become a qualified Chef de Partie. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes, working collaboratively with colleagues, representing the brand professionally, and maintaining food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.

No previous experience is required - full training is provided. The role emphasises teamwork, communication, customer focus, reliability and the ability to work under pressure.
