Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is recruiting an Apprentice Cruise Sales Consultant to join the Reservations team at its Ipswich head office. In this on-site role you'll deal with customer enquiries and reservations, confirm bookings, upsell products and build product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
The apprenticeship offers a salary of £17,000 per year and commissions based on performance. The role starts on Monday 17 November 2025 and the apprenticeship duration is 1 year 3 months.
This is a work-based apprenticeship delivered with training from Blue Sky Assessing & Consultancy Ltd. You will work towards the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification (estimated 15 months) with on-the-job learning and visits from an allocated assessor for 1-2-1 support.
The course covers communication and questioning skills, customer care techniques, workload prioritisation and service recovery skills relevant to reservations and sales.
