Bramley Carpets Ltd is recruiting an Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner (Trainee Sales Estimator) based in Stockport. The role involves meeting and greeting customers, general administration including IT systems, handling telephone enquiries, accepting deliveries, processing orders for fitters, speaking to suppliers, and occasionally visiting customer properties with an estimator.
This is a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship to be completed over 16 months. The position is full time (minimum 30 hours, maximum 40 hours per week) with typical hours Monday-Saturday 08:30-5:00, a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
The apprenticeship is delivered on-site in Stockport and the employer is a member of the Disability Confident scheme.
