The Apprentice Customer Service Advisor role at John Banks Renault (Cambridge) is a Level 2 intermediate apprenticeship combining on-the-job customer service work with structured online training. Apprentices will develop practical customer care and commercial awareness while representing the Renault brand, working primarily in the dealership at Unit 13, Swann Road, Cambridge (CB5 8JZ).
Training is delivered through online webinars (approximately 2 days a month) with the End Point Assessment conducted at your workplace. Typical duties include communicating effectively with colleagues and customers, operating as part of a team, taking responsibility for tasks, improving personal performance, and understanding operational aspects of the business.
This apprenticeship is a one-year fixed-duration position, starting 23 December 2025, with working hours Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 (40 hours/week). The wage for the first year is listed as £15,704. Applicants should hold GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 5 or equivalent.
