Join Just Travel Cover as an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor and gain hands-on experience in travel insurance while working towards a Level 2 (GCSE) apprenticeship qualification. You will receive full training on the companys products and systems and learn to provide quotations, conduct medical screenings, and handle customer queries in line with service level agreements.
Day-to-day duties include answering customer calls, selling travel insurance products that meet individual needs, using bespoke IT systems, managing complaints, and building long-term customer relationships. Apprentices work a two-week rolling shift pattern: Week 1 Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00; Week 2 Monday to Thursday 10:00-18:00 and Friday 09:30-17:30.
The role is office-based in a call centre environment and requires strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
The apprenticeship offers competitive pay (listed at A312,480 to A322,308 per year), an apprenticeship bonus scheme of A31,000, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), staff discounts, pension and other company bonuses. To apply, candidates are asked to send their CV to Just Travel Cover.
