Apprentice Customer Service Advisor (Clarity / Lifetime Training)

Clarity is recruiting an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to support and develop its Customer Service function. The role involves proactively promoting additional services to existing clients, handling inbound and outbound enquiries, supporting marketing campaigns through outbound calls, documenting client feedback, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

The post reports to the Customer Services Manager and contributes to ongoing service improvement.

No previous experience is required and full on-the-job training will be provided. You will be assigned a Lifetime Training coach and will have regular face-to-face and virtual catch-ups every 4-6 weeks.

The apprenticeship is delivered primarily at the workplace with dedicated study time each week and does not require attendance at college. Apprentices will work towards the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification over 12-18 months.
