Join Toomey Motor Group (Renault) as an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor and develop practical customer service skills within a busy dealership environment. You will handle customer enquiries, work as part of a team to deliver the Renault brand experience, and learn operational and commercial aspects of the business while gaining hands-on experience.
This intermediate apprenticeship includes online webinar training (two days per month) delivered by GTG TRAINING LIMITED and an End Point Assessment carried out at your workplace. The role is full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm), expected to start on 23 December 2025, and runs for one year.
The position is based at Service House, West Mayne, Basildon, SS15 6RW.
Essential entry requirements are GCSEs at grade 5 in English and Maths. Training will lead to a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship with clear progression routes to Level 3 Customer Service Specialist and customer-facing roles such as Service Advisor or Sales Executive.
