Apprentice Dental Nurse

This is an 18-month Level 3 apprenticeship in dental nursing based at Knight's Hill Dental Practice in London. The role combines on-the-job work with formal training delivered by TEMP DENT DENTAL AGENCY LIMITED and results in a Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3 (City & Guilds).

Day-to-day duties include chair-side support for clinicians, sterilising and preparing equipment, reception tasks, booking appointments, managing records, and supporting patients' wellbeing and experience.

Training includes blended e-learning and specialist training away from the workplace to build professional knowledge and skills, plus Functional Skills in English and maths to Level 2 if required. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of clinical and professional competencies (infection control, radiography processing, patient communication, safeguarding, and clinical governance).
