This is a Level 3 Apprentice Dental Nurse role based at Urgent Care Dental Manchester. You will work primarily in-clinic at 8 Broadway, Manchester (M40 3LN), providing chairside support to dentists, assisting with clinical procedures (fillings, extractions, minor oral surgery support), preparing and maintaining equipment, processing radiographs, performing reception duties and supporting patient care and oral health promotion.

The role is employed and most learning happens on the job while you contribute to patient care.

You will study for the Dental Nurse (GDC 2023) Level 3 apprenticeship standard with TRAINING 2000 LIMITED, combining workplace learning with one day per week of training across an 18-month programme. The apprenticeship includes extensive clinical and professional modules (radiography, infection control, anatomy, patient communication and record keeping) and leads to a recognised Level 3 dental nursing qualification on successful completion.

The position is 32 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 12:00-18:00). The apprenticeship starts on Friday 5 December 2025. Applicants must meet the essential qualifications (GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above) and have Hep B (and TB if required).
