Join Banana Moon Nursery Billericay as an Apprentice Early Years Practitioner and gain hands-on experience working with children while studying for an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification. Most of the apprenticeship is spent on the job, undertaking nursery practitioner duties such as safeguarding, key worker responsibilities, planning and observing children’s development, liaising with parents via the nursery’s Parent App, and following nursery policies and procedures.

This is a paid apprenticeship with a salary range of £15,704 to £25,396. 80 depending on age. The role is full time with a shift pattern to be discussed (30-40 hours over 3-5 days; listed as 40 hours a week) and no weekend work.

Training is provided by Eden Training Solutions Limited and delivered in a hybrid format (face-to-face visits, webinars and online sessions). The apprenticeship starts Monday 24 November 2025, lasts one year, and has 3 positions available.
