Apprentice Early Years Educator - Early Learners Centre, London, E17 9QL

This apprenticeship is a hands-on Early Years Educator apprenticeship at Early Learners Centre in London. You will work on the job in a nursery setting, supporting children from birth to five by contributing to a safe, inclusive environment, carrying out observations and assessments, planning developmentally appropriate activities, and working closely with parents and colleagues.

Much of the role involves learning through supported practice with a mentor and maintaining high standards of record-keeping and safeguarding.

The programme includes formal training delivered by Eden Training Solutions Limited towards the Early Years Educator Level 3 apprenticeship standard. The role is term-time only, working Monday-Friday (shifts 8:00am-4:00pm), 37 hours 30 minutes per week, and starts on 1 December 2025.

The apprenticeship lasts approximately 1 year 4 months and offers the opportunity for ongoing employment and progression on successful completion.
