Join Siemens as an Apprentice in Electrical Engineering (Level 4) based in Hebburn, North East England. The programme starts September 2026 and runs for three years with a starting salary of £24,455. As an apprentice you will gain hands-on experience designing, building and testing electrical and automation systems, using industry tools for power distribution and smart grid solutions, and working alongside experienced engineers and technicians on real projects that support sustainable and digital energy systems.

The apprenticeship includes day-release college study (one day per week) to complete a Level 4 Electrical Engineering qualification and an End Point Assessment in the final year. Siemens welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and focuses on potential; the role requires at least five GCSEs (including Maths and English) and either achieved or on-track Level 3 qualifications (three A-levels, BTEC or equivalent) with at least one subject in Mathematics, Physics or Engineering.

The role is full-time, on-site in Hebburn, and part of Siemens' Early Careers community.
